Symphony Communication Public Company Limited with Sophos Thailand Company Limited organized an event “Improve Cybersecurity Awareness” for customers in Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate and nearby areas in Chonburi Province. Sophos is a well-known cybersecurity solutions for securing IT systems. Khun Apirath Wisitthiwong – Head of Enterprise Business Unit from Symphony, had a welcomed our customers and Khun Noppadon Musikarangsri – Head of Managed Security Services Business Unit shared a presentation on “Be aware of cyber threats” as a guideline for protecting against various threats for organizations. Sophos, by Khun Methee Rattanawatanaprakit – Country Lead came to share about “Threats in 2023 and Adaptations for Manufacture Group” to provide useful information for industrial business. At the end of the event, various prizes were also given away to the lucky ones too. This event was held on 13 September 2023 at Amata Spring Country Club, Chonburi Province.

During 11-15 September, Khun Jutturong Buavirat, Head of Carriers & Partners Department and his team attended ACC 2023 at Philippines, There were many telecommunication service providers

It is an event where global experts in the telecommunications and ICT industries from around the world come together to build partnerships and exchange knowledge about telecommunications.

The team also had the opportunity to meet with customers and partners. They exchanged knowledge to move forward to achieve the business together.

During 11-13 September 2023, our Executives, leaded by Khun Kranphol Asawasuwan, President, Khun Alex Loh, Chief Operating Officer with Carriers & Partners Department Team traveled to Laos to visit and discuss about business opportunities with our customers and partners there. This visit made us to get the important feedbacks, opinions and ideas and lead to the development of our strategies to support international customers together.

We are thrilled to announce that we have signed a Memorandum of Understanding together with @TIME dotcom Malaysia and @StarHub Singapore in an effort to provide seamless integrated end-to-end International connectivity services along the Bangkok-Singapore direct route.

This strategic alliance signifies a unified commitment to address the growing demand of connectivity services in the current digital landscape by providing robust network performance with high resiliency, best latency and service guaranteed to our customers.

On August 24^th, 2023. Mr. Alex Loh, Chief Operating Officer with the company’s team have received the certificate of ISO 22301 BCMS (Business Continuity Management) from the representative of BSI Group (Thailand) Ltd. to reinforce our commitment in providing Excellent Experience to our customers.

Our Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) has been established, used and being enhanced continuously and it has been created in compliance with the requirements of the ISO 22301:2019 standard as well as the organizational procedures and management structures.

• Determining the business continuity management requirements of the organization and publishing the business continuity management policy Including informing those concerned.

• Risk assessment and business impact analysis.

• Techniques for restoring vital organizational services, products and business processes.

• Preparation of business continuity plan and other related plans.

• Monitoring and measuring the performance and effectiveness of the BCMS system.

• Continuous improvement in accordance with measurement results and objectives.

Moreover, we can reassure our customers and other service users that we have taken the necessary steps to recover our vital business processes and services even if something happens that may effect our operations but we can make sure that the business runs continuously because our dedication is to providing the Excellent Experience to our valued customers. 

Symphony Communication Public Company Limited led by Khun Kranphol Asawasuwan, President, had the opportunity to meet with the president and committee of the Udon Thani Provincial Industrial Council by Khun Weeraphong Tengrangsan, Honorary Chairman of the Udon Thani Provincial Industrial Council and Colonel Warayu Triwattanasuwan had welcomed. At the same time, our team had presented and introduced various services such as domestic network service, international network service, internet service, cloud services and various solutions of the company as well as discussing and exchanging opinions between each other at the Udon Thani Provincial Industrial Council on Tuesday, 22 August 2023.

On 24th July 2023, Symphony Communication held the activity for staff “ Donate your unused clothes”, led by Khun Kranphol Asawasuwan, President, Khun Teerarat Pantarasutra, Director and Executive Advisor. This event is organized for employees to donate old, unused clothes. which will be recycled into new products that can be used again.
As we foresee the importance of reducing waste and concerning about our environment then in this event, we can build the sustainability awareness among employees and everyone who joined this donation received lucky boxes as well.

On 17^th July 2023, Symphony Communication Public Company Limited hosted the BKNIX Member Meeting at our Head Office, Sun Towers Building.

This event was honored by Assoc. Prof. Surasak Sanguanpong, Director of the Thai Network Information Center Foundation and from Symphony, Khun Sasin Khemkasemsarn – Head of Network Operation Department had welcome speech together to all BKNIX members while Khun Panisara Jantamart – Head of Core Network Section had the opportunity to update and present about our network and services for all members.

During 7-9 June 2023, Khun Jutturong Buavirat, Head of Carriers & Partners Department and his team attended CommunicAsia 2023 in Singapore.

There were many telecommunication service providers, Cloud providers and, Technology and Solutions providers participated in this event. Our team had a great opportunity to meet with customers and business partners while having the chance to update on our services as well as exchanging ideas and knowledge to move forward to achieve the business plan for international market together.
