Thrilled to share that Symphony Communication’s leadership team has won big at the Asian Telecom Awards 2024! We’ve been awarded the “Infrastructure Initiative of the Year” and “HR Initiative of the Year.”
Our Chief Operating Officer, Alex Loh; Senior Vice President of the Network Division, Teerapun Piyaosotsan; and Senior Vice President of the Human Resources Division, Chanamon Charoentaweepanukul, were honored for their innovative strategies in network optimization and HR excellence.
On April 11, 2024, our HR Department orchestrated a delightful Symphony Happy Songkran event, aptly titled “Takes You Home,” for all our employees. It was a time to receive blessings from our executives, fostering a sense of good fortune and camaraderie. The occasion featured a spread of delectable food and beverages, ensuring everyone’s enjoyment. Undoubtedly, this event added to the joy of our employees during the Songkran holiday, exemplifying our commitment to their happiness and well-being.
Symphony Communication Public Company Limited recently hosted the “Symphony Cloud Day – Trusted Cloud Journey” event in collaboration with esteemed partners. Khun Thanawat Wiwatpanit, Head of Cloud Business Unit, provided insightful updates on Symphony Cloud-based services and solutions. The event featured participation from our valued partners Presentations by various Cloud Partner speakers and booths from including AVM Cloud, Fortinet Thailand, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Megaport (Singapore), Telehouse (Thailand) and Veeam Software, who joined us to showcase their latest offerings at the booths.
Attendees had the opportunity to network and engage with industry experts while enjoying a Networking Dinner reception complete with delectable cuisine, refreshing drinks, entertaining games, valuable prizes and a Lucky draw. Held on March 29, 2024, at Waldorf Astoria Bangkok Hotel, the event underscored Symphony’s unwavering dedication to meeting the evolving needs of digital-age customers.

On March 14th,2024, Symphony Communication Public Company Limited, led by Khun Alex Loh – Chief Operating Officer, Khun Jutturong Buavirat – Head of Carriers & Partners Business Unit and Khun Wiyada Trakarnchaisiri – Head of International Partners Section had the honor of extending their congratulations at the Groundbreaking ceremony for NTT Global Data Centers (Thailand), a leading IT infrastructure and Data centers services company, led by Khun Sutas Kongdumrongkiat, CEO of NTT Limited Thailand, and Khun Suthipat Lueprasert, CEO of NTT Global Data Centers (Thailand) Limited gave a warmly welcome in Groundbreaking ceremony of NTT Bangkok 3 Data Center (BKK3).located in Amata City Industrial Estate in Chonburi.

This technology showcase highlighted the achievements of solutions endorsed by top customers, focusing on enhancing productivity, customer support and video image data management—all of which leverage the power of big data and artificial intelligence, the driving forces of contemporary industry.
Symphony seized the opportunity to present its Cloud services through a dedicated booth at the event. Attendees were also able to interact with exhibitors and various service providers to discuss and exchange knowledge about Cloud technologies. The event took place at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit.
SYMPHONY COMMUNICATION won 2 awards from the Asian Telecom Awards 2024: “Infrastructure Initiative of the Year” and “HR Initiative of the Year” organized by Asian Business Review magazine from Singapore. It will be given to telecom operators in Asia that have outstanding performance in various categories and have developed products and services and organizations through new innovations that effectively supports customer needs and competition in the market.
The “Infrastructure Initiative of the Year” award reinforces our commitment to delivering network service to the Excellent Experience for customers in the region and with our excellent network management planning to provide services by deploying several cable routes across the country. With DWDM/ASON and SDN-MPLS technology, which allows flexible and diverse bandwidth allocation, it can scale up to Terabit level and enhance efficiency of operations. While using SDN-MPLS technology as the first provider in Thailand to support a better customer experience with a higher network SLA of up to 99.95%, low latency, support for AI, Cloud and Security Service, including our MTTR within 3 hours, this is a new standard for telecom service providers in Thailand. We also contributes to the development of the telecommunications industry and digital economy in the region.
And for another award, that is, “HR Initiative of the Year” it shows the company’s vision that we take the importance of all employees. As the employees are important assets of the organization by creating various programs of training and activities and to create satisfaction for all employees so that they can work happily and encourages employees to participate in expressing opinions, creating a better living situation Including organizing training, providing knowledge in various fields to employees to promote and support a good working atmosphere. Adding various benefits more to be in line with the economic situation and maintain competitiveness in the market including creating a better working environment to improve the working life of all employees so that they can work happily under the Great Place to Work concept.
At this event, Khun Alex Loh, Chief Operating Officer with Khun Teerapun. Piyaosotsan, Senior Vice President Network Division, Khun Chanamon Charoenthaweepanukul, Senior Vice President Human Resources Division and Khun Jutturong Buavirat, Head of Carriers and Partners Business Unit were representatives to receive the awards at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Center in Singapore on 29 February 2024.
Symphony Communication hosted a “Thank You Party” to express gratitude to NTT Data, led by the Carriers & Partners Business Unit, in recognition of their enduring trust in our services. The event was graced by Khun Wiyada Trakarnchaisiri, – Head of International Partners Section and featured a welcome speech by Khun Sanit Kashemsanta Na Ayudhaya, Senior Director of CoE Strategy (Thailand).
We also provide a lot of entertainment, games, and lucky draw prizes to the lucky ones to grab back. This event was held at Bai Mai Ra Reang – Asoke on 23rd February 2024.
During 7-9 February 2024, our Sales Team had visited our valued customers for Chinese New Year and brought them the oranges with lucky Ang Bao and wish them to be happy and lucky all year round.
