SYMPHONY Strengthens Global Connectivity at ASIA PEERING FORUM 2024

Symphony Communication, led by Khun Kittipon Sornnongpho – Head of Carriers Section, along with the Carriers & Partners Business Unit team, successfully participated in the Asia Peering Forum (APF) 2024. The event brought together leading global telecom providers, including CDNs, ISPs, IXPs, IDCs, and cloud service providers, to exchange insights and collaborate on future innovations in network connectivity.

It was an excellent opportunity to explore the latest updates and trends in seamless, borderless connectivity.

Strengthening Cyber Defenses: SYMPHONY and SOPHOS Host Seminar for Industry Leaders

Symphony Communication, in collaboration with Sophos Thailand, recently hosted the seminar “Breaking through Threat Protection” for customers located in the Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate and surrounding areas in Chonburi Province.

Sophos, a leading provider of next-generation cybersecurity solutions, shared valuable insights on effectively managing high-level threats. The event was opened by Mr. Apirath Wisitthiwong, Head of Enterprise Business Unit, followed by presentations from Mr. Wasin Timsawat, Cyber Security Specialist at Symphony Communication; Mr. Chaiwat Paoma, Pre-Sale Engineer; and Mr. Noppadol Rachata, Pre-Sale Engineer at VRCom Co., Ltd., a Sophos distributor in Thailand. They provided our clients with critical information to enhance their business security strategies.

The seminar concluded with a lucky draw, where attendees had the chance to win exciting prizes.

SYMPHONY Supports Computer Equipment to Rural Schools in Honor of His Majesty the King

In celebration of “The Celebrations on the Auspicious Occasion of His Majesty the King’s 6th Cycle Birthday Anniversary, July 28th, 2024, Symphony Communication, represented by Khun Apirath Wisitthiwong, Head of Enterprise Business Unit, has donated computer equipment and teaching materials to rural schools.

This initiative, organized by the Thai Red Cross Society in collaboration with the Office of Technology and Digital Information and the Red Cross Administration Office, aims to support the development of education and improve access to information for students in rural areas. The event was inaugurated by Khun Tech Bunnag, Secretary-General of The Thai Red Cross Society.

Special Cloud Workshop by SYMPHONY for Engineering Students at KMITL

Symphony Communication organized a special workshop for 3rd-year students in the IoT and Information Systems Engineering program at King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang’s Faculty of Engineering.

Led by Khun Thanawat Wiwatpanit, Head of Cloud Business Unit, the session covered “Fundamentals of Cloud Computing and Services Knowledge Sharing.” We were honored to have Asst. Prof. Dr. Thanawit Anuwongphinij extend a warm welcome.

Customer Service Operation Training

On 30th July 2024, Symphony Communication organized a special training session for the Customer Service Operation team under the theme “Symphony Excellent Experience,” focusing on providing exceptional and beyond-expected service to ensure the best possible customer experience.

This training was led by expert speakers, Khun Pang Kanokwan Kannikar and Khun Aum Orapan Limtriratana, who shared effective communication skills and problem-solving techniques to enhance the overall customer experience at The Quarter Ladprao.

SYMPHONY Empowers S.R.T. Red Line with Essential PDPA Training

Symphony Communication recently hosted an engaging and informative training session on the “Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)” for The S.R.T. Red Line Mass Transit System Project. The session was designed to enhance awareness and understanding of PDPA, focusing on proper data usage, access, and management in compliance with the law.

The training took place in a collaborative atmosphere at Best Western Chatuchak, Bangkok, on July 18, 2024.
