On 11 April 2023, Symphony Communication Public Company Limited held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2023 led by Mr. Woodtipong Moleechad, Chairman of the Board, Mr. Kranphol Asawasuwan, President, Mr. Teerarat Pantarasutra, Director and Executive Advisor and Mr. Alex Loh, Chief Operating Officer together with the Board of Directors and the Management Team attended the meeting and the company announced its financial performance and operational in year 2022 as well as the success of the past year including our business direction. This was held at the Crowne Plaza Bangkok Lumpini Park.

On April 4th 2023, the Enterprise team had the opportunity to visit many customers to discuss and update our various services then we also brought the souvenir item for Songkran festival and some snacks for them. This is another good activity that we held in order to express our gratitude to our valued  customers who have always trusted in our services.

On 10th March 2023, Symphony Communication Public Company Limited participated the Opportunity Day held by The Stock Exchange of Thailand, led by Khun Alex Loh, Chief Operating Officer who shared and presented our business overview of the company’s last year performance which is the strongest and best performance since 2015 and also mentioned about the business direction and how the company will move forward this year to all analysts, investors and the press. We will continue to expand our business and explore in new services to provide the Excellent Experience for our customers.

On 1 March 2023, SYMPHONY COMMUNICATION with RUCKUS NETWORKS and FORTINET jointly held a seminar “Unlocking Possibilities Towards the Smart Manufacturing”, led by Khun Apirath Wisitthiwong – Head of Enterprise Department together with our sales team had welcomed our customers. In this event, there were many experienced speakers who have shared valued information and also update about new services, solutions and use cases for our customers. In the evening, dinner party was arranged and everyone got the great chance to discuss more together. The event was held at Kantary Hotel Amata Bangpakong.

On February 20th, 2023. Khun Alex Loh, Chief Operating Officer with Khun Supornchai Chotputtikul, EVP Service Operation Division and team from Carriers & Partners Department gave a warmly welcome to Mr. Kenichi Miyashita – Managing Director with the team from Telehouse Thailand and KDDI Thailand at our MOALEE Cable Landing Station Mae Rampueng Beach, Rayong which is built for company’s MCT Submarine Cable System project that connects communications from Thailand via submarine cable systems to Malaysia and Cambodia. In addition, we also arranged a short brief for more information on this project as well as providing the site visit to bring all to see the real operation of our submarine cable landing station.

Symphony Communication invited valued customers to our activity “SYMPHONY Box Office : Ant Man and The Wasp: Quantumania” the famous movie from Marvel.

The objective is to thank our customers for the long-lasting trust in our company and services while our sales team had a great opportunity to meet and catch up with customers as well. This event was held at Quartier CineArt on 15 February 2023.

On 2nd February 2023, the company organized a Kick-Off Meeting 2023 for the Service Operation Division to summarize the overview of the previous year as well as to brainstorm ideas and determine the important strategies for the installation process and service delivery to customers with higher quality this year. As we believe that the after-sales service is extremely important factor for the company to move forward and it is also help to build an Excellent Experience to our customers as well.
Led by our Executives; Khun Alex Loh, Chief Operating Officer and Khun Supornchai Chotputtikul, Executive Vice President Service Operation Division have participated and shared business direction and ideas on how to deliver the best service to our customers. The event was held at Asawin Grand Convention Hotel last week.

During the New Year’s festival, our Management and Sales Team visited our Valued Customers and Business Partners and brought them our special New Year Gifts on this special occasion and to thank them all for the long-lasting trust in our company and services. It was a great opportunity for our team to meet and discuss with our customers and partners to get some feedbacks and we will continue to deliver the best service to make the Excellent Experience.

During 15-18 January 2023, Khun Alex Loh, Chief Operating Officer together with Khun Jesudass Paramchotti, FSVP of Network Division and Khun Jutturong Buavirat, Head of Carriers & Partners Department participated in PTC’23, this is the annual Telecom and ICT Conference which is held at Honolulu, Hawaii, USA. They had a great chance to meet up with a lot of C-level and Executives from many Telecom and ICT Industries around the world and also attended meetings to discuss and exchange ideas on the new business opportunity and market expansion as well.
