Asian Telecom Awards
SYMPHONY COMMUNICATION won 2 awards from the Asian Telecom Awards 2024: “Infrastructure Initiative of the Year” and “HR Initiative of the Year” organized by Asian Business Review magazine from Singapore. It will be given to telecom operators in Asia that have outstanding performance in various categories and have developed products and services and organizations through new innovations that effectively supports customer needs and competition in the market.
The “Infrastructure Initiative of the Year” award reinforces our commitment to delivering network service to the Excellent Experience for customers in the region and with our excellent network management planning to provide services by deploying several cable routes across the country. With DWDM/ASON and SDN-MPLS technology, which allows flexible and diverse bandwidth allocation, it can scale up to Terabit level and enhance efficiency of operations. While using SDN-MPLS technology as the first provider in Thailand to support a better customer experience with a higher network SLA of up to 99.95%, low latency, support for AI, Cloud and Security Service, including our MTTR within 3 hours, this is a new standard for telecom service providers in Thailand. We also contributes to the development of the telecommunications industry and digital economy in the region.
And for another award, that is, “HR Initiative of the Year” it shows the company’s vision that we take the importance of all employees. As the employees are important assets of the organization by creating various programs of training and activities and to create satisfaction for all employees so that they can work happily and encourages employees to participate in expressing opinions, creating a better living situation Including organizing training, providing knowledge in various fields to employees to promote and support a good working atmosphere. Adding various benefits more to be in line with the economic situation and maintain competitiveness in the market including creating a better working environment to improve the working life of all employees so that they can work happily under the Great Place to Work concept.
At this event, Khun Alex Loh, Chief Operating Officer with Khun Teerapun. Piyaosotsan, Senior Vice President Network Division, Khun Chanamon Charoenthaweepanukul, Senior Vice President Human Resources Division and Khun Jutturong Buavirat, Head of Carriers and Partners Business Unit were representatives to receive the awards at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Center in Singapore on 29 February 2024.
