Customer Service Operation Training

On 30th July 2024, Symphony Communication organized a special training session for the Customer Service Operation team under the theme “Symphony Excellent Experience,” focusing on providing exceptional and beyond-expected service to ensure the best possible customer experience.

This training was led by expert speakers, Khun Pang Kanokwan Kannikar and Khun Aum Orapan Limtriratana, who shared effective communication skills and problem-solving techniques to enhance the overall customer experience at The Quarter Ladprao.
