Asian Telecom Awards
SYMPHONY COMMUNICATION won 2 awards from the Asian Telecom Awards 2024: “Infrastructure Initiative of the Year” and “HR Initiative of the Year” organized by Asian Business Review magazine from Singapore. It will be given to telecom operators in Asia that have outstanding performance in various categories and have developed products and services and organizations through new innovations that effectively supports customer needs and competition in the market.
The 2022 ‘Outstanding’ Award for the Sustainability Model Organization in the Thai Capital Market for Supporting Disabled People
Symphony Communication Public Company Limited received the 2022 ‘Outstanding’ Award for the sustainability model organization in the Thai capital market for supporting disabled people. The award was given by the Securities and Exchange Commission in collaboration with the Department of Skill Development, Department of Employment, Department of Empowerment and Development of the Life of Persons with Disabilities, Thai Listed Companies Association and the Association of Disabled Persons Council of Thailand to honor the organizations in the Thai capital market that is outstanding in supporting and promoting employment and career of disabled people. This recognitive award emphasizes that the Company places great importance on supporting and helping disable people in society to have a better quality of life, including promoting opportunities for inclusivity of disabled people, which is in line with the Company’s commitment that will support sustainable growth to all sectors.
Five Medals or 100 FULL Scores for the AGM Checklist
Symphony Communication Public Company Limited has received “five medals” or “100 full scores”, which is rated in excellent level, in the quality assessment of organizing general meetings of shareholders or AGM Checklist conducted by the Thai Investor Association under the support from the Stock Exchange of Thailand and the Securities and Exchange Commission for the 4th consecutive year from the year 2021.

Symphony Communication Public Company Limited has been certified as a member of the Thai Private Sector Collective Action against Corruption or CAC for a second time consecutively. The certification of membership is valid for 3 years from 2023-2025.

Symphony Communication Public Company Limited has achieved “five-star rating” or “excellent” corporate governance scoring for the 5th consecutive year from the year 2020 from the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR) by the Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD) in collaboration with the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Khun Kranphol Asawasuwan, President of Symphony Communication Pubic Company Limited has been honored with the award prestigious form Foundation of Science and Technology Council of Thailand (FSTT) in Quality Persons of the Year 2011 for Information and Communication Technology Sector at Chulabhorn Research Institute (CRI).
Asia-Pacific Carrier Ethernet Service Provider of the Year
Symphony Communication Pubic Company Limited was 1 of 4 finalists of the “Asia-Pacific Carrier Ethernet Service Provider of the Year Contest”, arranged by Metro Ethernet Forum (MEF) for 4 consecutive years, from 2007 – 2010.
In June 2009, Symphony Communication Pubic Company Limited received MEF Certificate as Ethernet provider from the Metro Ethernet Forum (MEF) in accordance to MEF9 (MEF9 is the standard in assessing quality and the capability in data transmission from source to destination via Ethernet network as well as the transmission ability of equipments and parameters including the ability to transmit data across each interface connecting to customer’s equipment or User Network Interface (UNI).) and MEF14 (MEF14 is a supplement to the MEF9 standard in regulating quality and speed in data transmission where by service performance test has to be consistent with the distance in service.)
